The Modelo 210 is the Spanish tax return for everyone who owns a home here and lives somewhere else. You upload your documents. We explain in your own language which ones we need and file the return.

What does it cost?
The Spanish tax agency wants one return per property, per year, from every owner. If you own together, that is two returns for the same property. We charge less for your partner's return.
- Your first property carries the full price. Every one after it costs less.
- A partner filing alongside you pays less again for the same property.
- A property you rent out costs more than one you keep for your own use, because the return carries the income and the costs you can deduct.
